Account and Data Deletion Policy

You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains the process, what data will be deleted, and what data cannot be deleted.

How to Request Deletion

We will send a confirmation email to you before processing the deletion.

What This Deletion Includes

When you request the deletion of your account, we will permanently delete all personal data that we control from our active systems. This includes:

  • Your user account details (Name, Email Address, Profile Picture)
  • Your Phone Number (if you provided one)
  • Your saved chat history and any other user-generated content stored on our servers

Limitations: Data We Cannot Delete

To provide personalized responses and enhance our AI chatbot functionality, your in-app messages, transcribed audio, and your Name are sent to our third-party AI service provider, OpenAI, to generate responses.

Once this data is sent and processed by OpenAI, it is no longer in our control and we cannot reverse the process or delete this data from their systems. These services do not provide a mechanism for us to identify or delete specific data sent via their APIs.

We want to assure you that other personal identifying information, specifically your Email Address and Phone Number, are never shared with our AI provider.

Processing Time

Upon verifying your request, we will process the deletion of your data from our systems within 30 days. We will notify you by email once the deletion is complete.
