The Application collects several types of information to function, provide our services, and improve your experience. This includes:

• Personally Identifiable Information: This includes your Name, Email Address (or an anonymous relay email provided by Apple), and Profile Picture (provided by you during Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple to create and manage your account), and your Phone Number (if you choose to provide it in settings).
• User Content: This includes your in-app messages (chat history) and any audio you record for transcription.
• Automatically Collected Data & Analytics: This includes your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address (which provides an approximate location), Crash Logs, Diagnostics, and App Usage Data (such as screen views, session length, and features used) collected via Firebase Analytics.
• Advertising & Tracking Data: We collect Device IDs (such as the Android Advertising ID or iOS Identifier for Advertisers) and App Interaction data (such as installs and app launches). This data is used to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and attribution.

We may also use the information you provided (such as your email address) to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

To provide the Application's core features, we share specific data with third-party service providers. We do not share your data with any other third parties except as described in this statement.

The Application utilizes the following third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies:

• Google Privacy Policy (for Firebase Authentication & Analytics)

  We use Google Firebase to manage user authentication (handling both Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In) and Firebase Analytics to understand app usage. Authentication provides us with your Name, Email (or Apple relay email), and Profile Picture. Firebase Analytics automatically collects Device IDs, IP-based location, and diagnostic data for security, analytics, and app functionality.

• Apple Privacy Policy (for Sign in with Apple on iOS)

  We use Apple's authentication service to allow you to log in using your Apple ID on iOS devices. Apple may provide us with your Name and Email (or a forwarded relay email) based on your privacy settings.

• OpenAI Services

  To provide AI chat responses, we send your in-app messages, transcribed audio, and Name to OpenAI. As stated in our Data Deletion Policy, your email address and phone number are never shared with this provider.

• Meta (Facebook) Privacy Policy

  We use the Meta SDK to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. This service collects your Advertising ID and tracks events such as App Installs and App Activations to help us attribute marketing performance.

We may also disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
• When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
• With our trusted service providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

We will retain User Provided data (such as your account details and chat history) for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter, to ensure app functionality. We retain Automatically Collected Data (such as logs) for a limited period to analyze performance and security.

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and its associated personal data. You can perform this action directly within the application settings. For detailed information on this process, please visit our Data Deletion Policy Page.

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take the necessary actions.

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain.
